Superbowl Eats: Pizza Tornadoes

Superbowl Eats: Pizza Tornadoes

It’s that time of year, the end of football season, which means one last time to pig out while watching men throw a pigskin up and down the football field.

I’ve got a few recipes you should try to make your Superbowl party tasty!

Superbowl Eats: Pizza Tornadoes

Yes, these pizza tornadoes are as good as they look. They actually turned out better than I thought.

The recipe below is straight from Delish.

I did a few things differently but it’s really not a big deal:

  1. I didn’t use the exact same ingredients and really neither should you. Think about what you like on a pizza and take it from there. I used ingredients I get on every pizza including: pepperoni, canadian bacon, onions, olives, mushrooms and tomatoes.
  2. I thought I had pizza crust in the fridge but I didn’t so I used pastry dough instead.
  3. I prefer metal skewers over the wooden option. I had more ingredients than I had metal skewers so I only used the wooden skewers after I ran out of the metal option. I ended up using 2 wooden skewers.

If you or some of your guests aren’t meat eaters or if you want to try something different but good check out this buffalo cauliflower recipe.

There’s even a really good recipe hack for Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce. You can use it as a dipping sauce for cauliflower. You can also serve it on the side of chicken wings that don’t have sauce on them. You can have several options of sauces so you don’t have to do the messy work of putting the sauce on them yourself.
